Ryan West

Ryan West serves as the President, Chicagoland Operations for Duly Health and Care and South Bend Clinic (a division of Duly Health and Care). In this role he partners with the physicians and leaders throughout the organization to ensure delivery of an exceptional patient experience. Ryan joined Duly in 2021 with more than 15 years of healthcare experience, serving in roles across consulting, strategic planning, population health and operations.

Prior to joining Duly, Ryan served in several progressive leadership roles at VillageMD, Ascension Health, and SSM Health Care in St. Louis, MO. Ryan is a graduate of Elon University in North Carolina and earned his Master of Health Services Administration from Xavier University.
